Saturday the Crystal Palace Football Club took it's 3-0 record and unscored upon streak to Bermuda to battle the Bermuda Hogges in their 1st road game of the season.
The result from the game was a 1-0 victory for the Crystal Palace side over the Hogges. Crystal Palace improved their record to 4-0 and an unbelievable 360 minutes unscored upon streak. Matt Nelson recorded his 3rd shutout of the young season with stellar support from his defense.

What a performance from Big Brown yesterday at the Preakness. After lurking behind Gayego and Riley Tucker going into the far turn, jockey Kent Desormeaux and his horse kicked it into overdrive and that was all she wrote.
Big Brown cruised to an impressive 4 ¾ length victory and now heads to the Belmont with a chance to become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed accomplished the feat 30 years ago.
The one horse who may have a chance ...

“Here I come to save the day!” No, it wasn’t Mighty Mouse, it was a mighty horse named Big Brown. Thanks to his jaw-dropping performance in capturing the 133rd Preakness Stakes, the industry has a new superstar… for at least the next three weeks. Big Brown toyed with his 11 competitors for the 1 3/16 miles around the Pimlico dirt oval to win by 5 1⁄4 lengths over 40-1 Macho Again who finished three-quarters of a length in front of the local favorite, 22-1 Icabad Crane.

Big Brown rolls to a huge victory setting up a potential Triple Crown coronation at the Belmont in three weeks…
The Orioles win yet another game, holding on in the end for a 6-5 victory over the dreaded Washington Nationals…
I spent the day watching WBAL TV's relatively lame Preakness coverage (obviously, I wasn’t watching the hockey game since it was non-existent in my living room), interleague baseball and then decided to go the Or ...

It's been fun to see some energy injected into Camden Yards the past few weeks. But with new found energy comes responsibility -- and I'm talking to the folks who cheer on their favorite Orioles in a most annoying way.
Specifically, the Luke Scott fan who sits in front of the press box. Now I've always been of the belief that you pays your money and you speaks your piece. What sense would it be for a journalist to argue against freedom of speech or expression.

There’s some talk around town that I’m going “soft” on the Orioles.
Yeah, I’ve written some “positive” Orioles stories this week – most notably in B today – because they’ve earned it by putting together an honest effort.
Someone over there at The Warehouse has decided to either read this website, or else they just simply decided to start using their heads for something other than a hat rack.
I've been saying for years th ...
