The Orioles, sitting at 43-40, are playing solid, consistent baseball for the first time in a long time. And they’re doing it with a team that was supposed to lose 100 games. I think we can all cast aside that sentiment...with their current line up, they might actually finish above .500 this year!

I know, I'm not supposed to get excited. I'm not supposed to be impressed with what I see. I'm supposed to look at the product on the field and find something I don't like about the Orioles. I know what I'm supposed to do, but I'm a fan.

Before a crowd of 1,654 at Broadneck High School last night the Crystal Palace Football Club pulled off the biggest upset so far this year in the US Open Cup beating the New York Red Bulls 2-0.
