It’s bright and early and we’re off to have an amazing day as we take five busloads (that’s 285 people) to Yankee Stadium today to potentially see the Orioles sweep the Yanks in the Bronx.
Forecast: 84 and sunny!
We’re loaded up 35 cases of Miller Chill and Miller Lite. We’ve got juice and water and soda chilled as well. Captain Harvey’s has thrown some snacks on the buses. And we have a peppering of tickets in virtually every sectio ...

Football is played once a week. Yes, sometimes, teams may play on a Sunday, and then come back to play Thursday, but if that happens, they get more time to recover before the next game.
I believe, and I'm sure you do as well, this is done because of the physical and violent nature of the game. It's certainly not like baseball and not like basketball. You can create a game-like environment, in practice, on a daily basis for extended periods of time in those sports.
